Professionally, Theresa has built her career as an accountant and tax preparer, owning her own business and developing a strong reputation for financial expertise. Philip Kober – Enfield Board of Education Member

Philip Kober is a dedicated public servant, first responder, and community advocate who brings a wide range of experience to his role on the Enfield Board of Education since 2023. Philip currently serves as a firefighter with the Shaker Pines Fire Department and is a proud member of the Professional Firefighters of Enfield Local 3059. Dean Gousse – Enfield Board of Education Member

Dean Gousse is a dedicated community leader, fiscal conservative, and an advocate for Enfield families and who currently serves on the Enfield Board of Education. Dean attended and graduated from Computer Processing Institute, gaining a foundation in technology and problem-solving that has carried into his professional career. He now works as a Network Engineer for Big Y Foods, Inc., where he has developed a strong background in budgeting, resource management, and systems operations. His understanding of financial oversight informs his approach to public service, particularly in ensuring that tax dollars are used wisely and effectively.
