Theresa Meyer is a small business owner, accountant, and Navy veteran who brings a wealth of experience in finance, leadership, and community service to her role in public life. Raised in Enfield, Theresa left her hometown to serve her country in the United States Navy. Philip Kober is a dedicated public servant, first responder, and community advocate who brings a wide range of experience to his role on the Enfield Board of Education since 2023. A Republican, Philip combines his background in public safety, government service, and civic engagement with a strong commitment to ensuring Enfield remains a great place to live, work, and raise a family.
Philip currently serves as a firefighter with the Shaker Pines Fire Department and is a proud member of the Professional Firefighters of Enfield Local 3059. In addition to his firefighting service, he serves part-time in the Connecticut National Guard, following a period of active-duty service that instilled in him a strong sense of discipline, leadership, and dedication to country.
His involvement in local government and civic life is extensive. He has previously served as a commissioner on the Enfield Inland and Wetlands Commission, Economic Development Commission, Loan Review Committee, Conservation Commission, and Ethics Commission. Dean Gousse is a dedicated community leader, fiscal conservative, and an advocate for Enfield families and who currently serves on the Enfield Board of Education. Dean attended and graduated from Computer Processing Institute, gaining a foundation in technology and problem-solving that has carried into his professional career. Carol Hall is a respected public servant, experienced legislator, and lifelong community advocate who proudly represents Enfield as a State Representative in the Connecticut General Assembly for district 59.
